(First deck I tried to build personally so don't expect much out of it)
I took the "best" version of Regenesis (with Kashtira engine) and tried to add some morganite spells;
Kashtira Unicorn helps bringing out Regensis monsters (cuz he's a 2500 monster), also helps countering decks who rely heavily on the Extra deck (banning face-down either Detonator or White Binder);
The idea of adding the Morganite spells was to improve the deck's grind game with Time-tearing to draw 2 for a bigger chance of drawing a disruption such as Imperm or Dragon's Mind, improve the consistency with Guilt-gripping if you somehow draw only Archfiend and Time-tearing's ability to allow 2 normal summons per turn;
Succumbing Song can also increase OTK potential (because of 2 attacks for each monster and doubles battle damage dealt) with Regenesis Lord (which deals piercing damage) and its GY effect helps for searching either of the other 2 morganite spell card
The only thing I'm not so sure about is the deck's going second performance
